Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join the Strategic Marketing team. This role is responsible for a wide array of marketing and communications campaigns and projects to support our affiliated investment managers, institutional and retirement sales channels, sponsorship/event marketing efforts and other assigned projects. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days/week in our Boston (Back Bay) office.
Leading through collaboration, you should be comfortable working with various styles and applying your marketing acuity and industry knowledge to drive campaigns and key initiatives forward within specified deadlines. You bring a positive, can-do demeanor to the team, with a desire to learn about our clients, our business, and about Natixis. You are proactive, detailed oriented, and have a roll up your sleeves mentality. You also lead with a digital-first attitude, with a strong emphasis on metrics that contribute to the success of campaigns and future endeavors.
